What is nature.rewards?

It's our way of saying thank you! nature.rewards is an exclusive loyalty program that allows you to earn points on purchases and activities and redeem them for exciting rewards or shopping vouchers.

How do I join the program?

Click the “Join now” button above and fill out the short registration form. Joining and participating in the program is completely free.

How do I check my points balance?

You can see your points balance on your dashboard once logged in.

How do I earn points?

You will receive 1 point for every $1 you spend with us. You can also earn points by creating an account, leaving product reviews, referring a friend to icebreaker, or following us on Instagram.

How do I redeem points?

If you have an available reward, you will be able to select and apply your reward at checkout. You must be signed in to see available rewards during checkout.

How do I redeem my points in store?

Vouchers can be applied on purchases made on www.icebreaker.com/en-us/ or in any of our participating stores, just so long as the voucher hasn’t expired of course.

How long does it take to receive my points?

Points typically appear within 24-48 hours after your transaction is completed.

Can I use more than one discount?

Only one discount code or points redemption can be applied per order. For example, you can't combine a loyalty points code with other promotional codes in the same checkout.

What happens when I make a return?

When a product is returned, the point value of the return is deducted from your account. If the points deducted from your account are more than what is available in your account balance, you will have a negative balance.

I redeemed points on an order that I returned. How do I get my points back?

When a member returns a product that has been paid partly with a discount voucher, welcome gift voucher or birthday voucher, the discount voucher will be lost.

How long is my tier valid for?

To enter each tier you will need to collect the necessary amount of points (listed below). To keep your status in each tier you will need to re-collect this amount within the 12-month period from when you entered that tier. If you do not collect enough points within the 12-month period you will be downgraded by 1 tier.

Tier 1: Create an account
Tier 2 : collect 250 points
Tier 3 : collect 800 points

Do my points expire?

Your points expire 365 days after your last activity. Activities include making a purchase, receiving a perk or reward other than then Birthday Reward, referral completion, referral share, redeeming points or a voucher, creating an account or adjusting points.

Can I combine points from another email address?

No, points can't be merged.

Can I transfer points to someone else?

No, points earned are only associated with the original email used to create the account.

I've changed my email address, can I transfer points?

Please contact our Customer Care service for further assistance.

Can I get points for purchases I made before I joined?

No, points only accumulate once you have joined nature.rewards.

How do I unenroll from the program?

You may cancel your nature.rewards membership at any time by contacting our customer service team. If you cancel your nature.rewards membership, your accrued points will be forfeited.

What if I don't want to receive emails from icebreaker?

To remain in the nature.rewards programme, you must be willing to receive nature.rewards emails. You may unsubscribe from general icebreaker marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in those emails.

What does "Points Migration Balance" mean?

As a part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible rewards experience, we transitioned to a new loyalty platform. Any points you had previously earned were transferred to the new platform. Due to our new points structure of $1 spent = 1 point earned, we divided your existing points balance by 10 to translate your current points into the new program strucutre. Our goal is to make this transition as easy as possible.
